    you will receive a reservation completed email within 3 business days.

    Bring the documents required for product pickup (your boarding pass and purchase order number) with you to the pickup store on the day of your flight.

    • If the reservation is 2 days before your depature date, we will not send you reservation completed e-mail due to sold out or other reasons.
    • You may cannot order because of out of stock. Please be understanding of that.
  • Pick up your order at the pickup counter
    in the store and pay for the products at that time.
