10. Anonymized Information
(1) Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. may, in accordance with laws and regulations, prepare and use information concerning individuals that has been obtained by processing Personal Information in a manner that ensures specific individuals cannot be identified and prevents such Personal Information from being restored (hereinafter, "Anonymized Information").
(2) Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall adhere to the standards stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Commission in the course of preparing Anonymized Information. 11. Pseudonymized Information
(1) Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. may, in accordance with laws and regulations, prepare and use information concerning individuals that has been processed in a manner that ensures specific individuals cannot be identified unless it is cross-checked with other information (hereinafter, "Pseudonymized Information").
(2) In handling Pseudonymized Information, Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall not use the information beyond the scope of the purposes of use stipulated in "3. Specification of the Purposes of Use" without the consent of the user(s) in question. In addition, Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall not use the contact information, or any other information contained in Pseudonymized Information to make telephone calls, send letters by post or through correspondence delivery, send telegrams, deliver information via electronic means, or visit the residence of the user(s) in question.
(3) Except for the purposes stipulated in "9. Joint Usage," Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall not provide Pseudonymized Information to any third party.
(4) Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall adhere to the standards stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Commission in the course of preparing Pseudonymized Information. In addition, Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall implement the appropriate security control measures and exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision for the preparation and handling of Pseudonymized Information.
(5) Centrair Passenger Service Co., Ltd. shall promptly erase all personal data that is Pseudonymized Information as well as all deleted information (e.g., information deleted from the Personal Information used to prepare the Pseudonymized Information), etc., once there is no longer any need to use this information.
12. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, Suspension of Provision to Third Parties, etc.
